    This archive series numbered [001] - [031] consists of material relating to the Blessing of the Fleet and the Fishing Fleet Festival. It includes three Madonna dei Martiri prayer cards, a saint card and a booklet, two Maria di Capo d'Orlando saint cards, and 24 programs for the festival.

    The Blessing of the Fleet and the Fishing Fleet Festival is held annually in Fremantle, Western Australia by the Italian-Australian fishing community. The traditionally religious event marks the beginning of the fishing and crayfishing season.
