    This postcard shows HMS WALKER from starboard side in the shallow waters of the Manchester Ship Canal entering Eastham Lock. The handwritten message on the reverse of the card explains the lock is 35 miles from Manchester. The original photograph featured on the postcard was taken by Frederick Garner Wilkinson.
