    HistoryVAGABOND was built in 1904 and came to Sydney in 1907 racing for Arthur Balbour. The VAGABOND was a 21' 6" half decked, clinker built boat. In 1913 it as purchased by Cliff Gale, a member of the famous sailing family, who modified its keel. Vagabond successfully raced in the Sydney Amateur Sailing Clubs A Division
    class for nine years. He sold VAGABOND soon after 1922. Cliff was a successful boat designer as well as racer.
