    SignificanceThis photograph depicts one of Australia's early coastal steamers, SS EURIMBLA, which was in operation from 1884 to 1907.
    HistorySS EURIMBLA was a steel screw steamship built by J Key and Sons in Kinghorn, Scotland in 1884. It was owned by the Australasian United Steam Navigation Company Ltd until 1905, when it was renamed HIDE MARU and owned and operated by S Koida, Japan. On 27 April 1907 it ran aground and was wrecked at Suyon Bay in Korea.
