    Translation
    • Mr Speck must ask the civil authorities for a declaration in which it says he has left Saumlaki for Australia in a collapsible boat. This declaration is to be handed over at Mantri Customs. The dispatch from Ambon to Saumlaki is probably by "List of goods" (Customs Document). The declaration of the civil authorities accompanies this list of goods to the Receiving Customs at Ambon. [Next sentence crossed out] Restitution of the import duties [next part of the sentence crossed out] [In handwriting:] To N.V. Behn, Meyer & Co. Trading Company, Surabaya, to pay out
