    Translation
    • Oskar Speck Surabaya 9 February 1938 German Consulate General Batavia On February 4th I sent a letter to the Consulate General. I addressed it to the attention of Dr. Klaiber as he was in charge of my case involving the attack which occurred on the island of Lakor. In the meantime, it has come to my attention that Dr. Klaiber has left Batavia. As a precautionary measure I have enclosed a copy of my letter and respectfully request the Consulate General to have the matter settled. Heil Hitler
