    Translation
    • [Translated – first page of the text minus last paragraph, plus all headings] Pionier Post [Retailer Newsletter] 1/50 Bad Toelz 24.01.50 Dear Retailer, In this edition we would like to discuss various issues that were brought to our attention by a range of people. And in order to avoid further queries and associated letters we think it is best to explain our point of view now. Please be assured: we have no intention of being obstinate or bureaucratic. However, in order to be fair towards all parties concerned, these issues should be settled once and for all in a balanced manner. In case we do not adopt a well-minded suggestion please do not consider us to be narrow-minded smart alecks. Take our word for it, while gaining experience we have thought of everything and tried out everything in the course of 25 years of production and sale of collapsible boats. Many an idea that at first glance appeared good in the end turned out to be a failure. A considerable proportion of sports article retailers are newcomers to the business of selling collapsible boats. We would like to help them avoid repeating the same costly experiments we made. Instead, we are offering to share our experience for which we paid so dearly. We are not competitors; rather, we want to, and have to, work together as producer and retailers to progress, and to establish an adequate livelihood for both of us. Addressing our trusted long-term colleagues, of which there are many, we would like to remind you in all honesty of our shared moments of happiness and sadness. When reading the suggestions proposed, we find time and again confirmed that you are much more inclined to forget the disagreeable things as opposed to favorable outcomes. That is why we have to bring to recollection the bad, even very bad, experiences we had with some of the suggestions that are now being circulated anew. These are the individual issues: 1. Orders and Delivery Times: 2. Articles on Commission 3. Deposits 4. Body Cover Reinforcements 5. Brochure 6. Complaints
